You will be prompted separately for these permissions, and they are not required to sign into or otherwise use the application. Our automated software will read emails to try and detect if they are related to your known contacts and are relevant to your use of the application. If we detect an email message is relevant, the email message is automatically imported for you into the application. If using the Gmail connection to link a Gmail account to the application, we will automatically check your Gmail inbox for emails that are related to your known contacts and relevant to your use of the application. We do not sell any information from your emails to advertisers. This service meets Google’s standards. Our use and transfer will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the detailed Limited Use requirements. If using the Gmail connection, you can revoke privileges in the application under the Connected Apps settings within the application.
You can request your email inbox to be disconnected at any time. If using the Gmail connection, you can revoke privileges in the application under the Communicator Settings page. Upon disconnection of your email inbox, all emails and information gathered from the email inbox will be immediately and permanently deleted from the application.
When appropriate, we may receive Personal Data about you from third party sources including partners with which we offer co-branded services or engage in joint marketing activities, sources such as social media websites, and third parties that provide us with Data, so we can better understand you and provide you with Data and offers that may be of interest to you.
Hecticapp.com is not intended for or targeted at children under 16, and we do not knowingly or intentionally collect personal Data about children under 16 If you believe that we have collected personal Data about a child under 16, please contact us at email@example.com, so that we may identify and delete the Data.

Customers cannot opt out of receiving transactional emails related to their account with us or the Subscription Service.
Our customers are solely responsible for their own marketing emails and other communications; we cannot unsubscribe you from their communications. You can unsubscribe from our customers' marketing communications by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link located on the bottom of their emails, or by contacting them directly.
