Send this email before a meeting at your selected time to remind your client to show up.
Meeting Reminder Template

This email template uses these tokens:

  • Meeting first name
  • Meeting start full (includes date and time)
  • Meeting location
  • Meeting duration
  • Meeting change URL
  • Meeting cancel URL

Add this email directly to the meeting scheduler. Click workspace settings > meeting schedulers then the scheduler you want to add this confirmation to. In the notification section, choose the type to be "Email" and notification timing to be "Before meeting." Then use the Email template dropdown to add this template.
